Overview

Head of Marketing & Sales for our Residential Battery business to lead market entry, growth, and sales execution. This role combines strategic market access with direct sales leadership, focusing on building strong partnerships with installers, distributors, and ecosystem players. The ideal candidate brings a proven network, commercial acumen, and the ability to turn strategy into measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead market entry and sales strategy for the Residential Battery segment.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with installers, distributors, and key partners across the residential energy value chain.
  • Drive sales growth through effective channel development and market access initiatives.
  • Translate strategic market plans into executable actions, ensuring adoption and conversion into sales.
  • Provide insights on customer needs, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine strategy and offering.
  • Develop and implement partner enablement programs, including training, communication, and co-marketing activities.
  • Align internal teams (technical, product, and operations) to support commercial objectives.
  • Represent the company as a trusted partner in the residential solar and storage ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Several years of proven experience in residential solar, battery storage, or distributed energy solutions.
  • Strong network and existing contacts with installers, distributors, and relevant market players.
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership and market development.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments.
