Overview

Cordant Digital Sales Manager – Software Sales role at Baker Hughes. This position focuses on new business development and growth for the Integrated Asset Performance Management offering within the Middle East market.

Responsibilities
  • Identify Integrated Asset Performance Management opportunities within existing clients
  • Leverage your network to introduce our solution to new clients
  • Identify prospects, evaluate their position in the industry, and research sales options
  • Network and develop relationships with prospects and key industry stakeholders
  • Stay informed about industry changes to assess viable marketplace opportunities
  • Respond to direct inbound requests and follow up on leads and opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with current clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities for profit and service improvements
  • Act as liaison between ARMS and a group of select clients, ensuring questions/requests are addressed and resolved
  • Consult with clients on business issues and seek appropriate solutions/support
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information related to client projects and delivery
  • Extend existing client relationships at site and corporate levels through comprehensive account management
  • Conduct sales forecasting and revenue achievement in Salesforce to maintain pipeline transparency
  • Complete weekly operations reports and monthly board reporting as required
  • Plan, develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional budgets
  • Develop innovative proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations to clients
  • Manage complex sales cycles across the Reliability Engineering portfolio and communicate value to buyers and influencers
  • Nurture clients within the sales cycle toward closing
  • Organize online and in-person presentations of our solution offering
  • Maintain ongoing contact with potential clients in the pipeline to close sales
  • Prepare bids and contracts to support the delivery of ARMS services and solutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • 5+ years of experience in software/digital sales, reliability, asset performance management
  • Experience managing the entire sales cycle, including closing complex sales
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to conduct business in at least two languages applicable to the primary territory and/or other countries within mainland Europe
  • Track record of meeting and over-achieving sales targets (conversion rates and financial)
  • Experience managing “A” class customers and expanding wallet share through effective relationship management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
