As part of their expansion into Switzerland, this newly opened Zurich office is seeking a senior-level professional to curate exceptional travel experiences for UHNW individuals. • Curate bespoke itineraries for ultra-luxury travel, overseeing high-value client relationships
• Provide personalised advice and concierge-level service to UHNW clients, ensuring every journey exceeds expectations, converting complex enquiries into seamless, high-margin bookings through consultative expertise
• Build and develop a trusted network of UHNW clients, nurturing long-term relationships
• Maintain deep knowledge of global luxury travel trends, destinations, and partnerships to deliver cutting-edge experiences
• Represent the brand at select industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen client engagement
• Collaborate with leadership on service innovation and client experience strategies

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in ultra-luxury travel, with a focus on high-touch client service
• Proven ability to manage UHNW client relationships and deliver bespoke travel solutions
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in pricing and itinerary optimisation
• Exceptional relationship-building skills across both client and supplier networks
• Deep familiarity with elite destinations, luxury hotel brands, and exclusive affiliations
• Highly proactive, organised, and capable of working independently
• Proficient using Amadeus or another GDS to book flights preferred
• Native-level fluency in Swiss German and English, across both written and spoken forms
• Degree educated (first class)
