Commodity Supplies ensures smooth handling of ocean freight imports and exports, while Cargoo delivers a cutting-edge supply chain management platform to customers worldwide. Together, we’re growing fast and expanding our commercial presence across the DACH region.

This role combines onsite work with regular customer visits and can be pursued from our HQ in Zürich!

Responsibilities:
  • Actively identify and engage potential customers across the DACH region, selling tailored freight forwarding and logistics solutions.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow your own book of business and drive market expansion.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, serving as the key point of contact for your accounts.
  • Travel across the region to meet customers face-to-face and strengthen partnerships.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of end-to-end sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain solutions, with a strong understanding of ocean freight processes, pricing structures, and carrier relationships.
  • Proven ability to hunt for new business, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Strong communication skills in English and German, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - motivated to take ownership and grow your own customer base.
  • A collaborative spirit: eager to work cross-functionally to achieve shared success.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
