Location: Zürich
Aufgaben
- Identifizieren und Akquirieren neuer Kunden in der Aminosäurederivatbranche
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
- Erstellung von Angeboten, Verhandlungen und Abschluss von Verträgen
- Unterstützung bei der Projektbewertung in Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Teams
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marktstrategien, Teilnahme an Messen und Konferenzen (Reisetätigkeit ca. 50%)
- MSc in Chemie oder Life Sciences
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Business Development, Sales oder technisch-kommerziellen Rollen
- Kenntnisse in Pharma, Peptiden oder CDMO-Umfeld
- Starkes Verhandlungsgeschick, unternehmerisches Denken und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch von Vorteil
