: Commission-based sales freelancer (acquisition, management) for an exciting B2B European wellness/creativity/development startup.
Potential scopes and experience: Europe-wide or international. Your experience may include key cities in Europe such as Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Geneva, Copenhagen, London, Barcelona, Milan, Dublin etc. Or, subject to your background, potentially hubs in Asia/ME, North America, or Australia.

We are based in Paris, France and northern Europe, and actively growing globally. We’re looking for an experienced commission-based B2B commercial/sales freelancer to partner with to grow corporate relationships regionally – driving new partnerships, securing bookings, and building repeat business with HR, L&D, leadership and client teams.
For the right person, a future retainer / salaried role / partnership may be discussed.
As one of our sales faces in the markets, you will focus on driving new and impactful corporate partnerships, generating repeat opportunities, and earning ongoing commission, all with full flexibility and independence.
What you’ll do - the roleProspect and engage corporate decision-makers (CXO, HR, L&D, leadership, department heads/directors, office managers, sales/client teams)
Introduce and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality
Convert conversations into confirmed bookings
Nurture repeat business and long-term client relationships
Act as a trusted first touchpoint and commercial lead in your market
Strong B2B sales / partnerships background (large organizations)
Experience with corporate services, HR/L&D, key accounts, events, hospitality, wellness etc. (any)
Comfortable with commission-only, relationship-led selling
Professional, persuasive, and confident presenting to corporate stakeholders
English (professional) required, other EU languages a bonus (especially French or German)
Based locally with European citizenship or full rights to work independently
You operate as an independent, self-employed commercial/sales freelancer (non-exclusive)
Commission-based uncapped earnings with ongoing commission on repeat/recurring clients
Full flexibility: you control your schedule and methods
Non-exclusive: you can work with other clients or projects
Representation of a human-centred, creative, and impactful B2B mission
You invoice commissions and manage your own tax/social setup/insurance in your country
We support you with premium brand assets, creatives, presentations, proposal templates
We provide all tools including CRM, curation tools, communications, design
Culture Vitale handles contracting, signing, payments etc.

Requirements- Sales experience (account acquisition/management) in EMEA/key European cities such as Berlin, Paris, Geneva, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, London, Barcelona, Milan, Dublin etc.
- Ok with working on commission-only.
- Freelance agent commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile
- Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries
- Fluent in English (other EU languages are a plus)
- Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients
- Commission-based earnings with ongoing commission on repeat clients
- Partnership or base opportunities may be discussed for the right person
- Full flexibility to work independently and manage your schedule
