About the RoleAccount Executive – Named Account Expansions (Banking & Public Sector, Switzerland). We’re seeking a highly motivated and result‑driven sales leader to grow Genesys’s presence within existing banking and public sector accounts in Switzerland. This role focuses on expanding our footprint, driving AI‑powered digital transformation, and creating long‑term customer value.
Key Responsibilities- Execute targeted growth strategies for named accounts to increase Genesys footprint.
- Manage the full sales cycle for upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Create and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with revenue goals and accurately forecast to senior sales leadership.
- Position Genesys AI and cloud capabilities to solve key business challenges and translate AI use cases into clear business value.
- Identify new buying centers by mapping customer organizations and engaging digital operations, marketing, IT, and innovation teams.
- Prospect within existing accounts to uncover whitespace and use insights to identify new expansion pathways.
- Develop holistic CX transformation visions aligned to customer strategy and win executive sponsorship.
- Maintain comprehensive account plans, including AI opportunities and growth roadmaps, and collaborate with partner ecosystem teams to execute strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor across senior and executive levels, conduct regular business reviews, and guide customers through their CX and AI maturity journey.
- Up to 10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in CX, AI, CRM, BPM, cloud, or digital transformation.
- Proven success expanding enterprise accounts and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong prospecting skills with a track record of developing new opportunities within accounts.
- Solid understanding of AI‑powered solutions and ability to articulate AI‑driven business value.
- Ability to engage cross‑functionally across customer service, sales, marketing, operations, IT, and innovation teams.
- Credibility with executive stakeholders and ability to win executive sponsor buy‑in for multi‑year roadmaps.
- Fluency in German and English.
