: Commission‑based sales freelancer (acquisition & management) for a B2B European wellness/creativity/development startup.
Potential scope

Europe‑wide or international; experience in key European cities such as Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Geneva, Copenhagen, London, Barcelona, Milan, Dublin, or hubs in Asia/ME, North America, Australia.

. We have a network of 1,000+ expert hosts and 1,500+ experiences worldwide, covering team‑building through perfume making, theatrical presentation skills, Buddhist monk leadership coaching, opera mindfulness, and more.
Based in Paris, France and northern Europe with global growth ambition. We need an experienced commission‑based B2B commercial/sales freelancer to drive corporate relationships regionally – securing bookings, building repeat business with HR, L&D, leadership, and client teams. Future retainer/salaried role or partnership may be discussed.
What You’ll Do – Responsibilities- Prospect and engage corporate decision‑makers (CXO, HR, L&D, leadership, department heads, office managers, sales/client teams)
- Introduce and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality
- Convert conversations into confirmed bookings
- Nurture repeat business and long‑term client relationships
- Act as a trusted first touchpoint and commercial lead in your market
- Strong B2B sales/partnerships background with large organizations
- Experience in corporate services, HR/L&D, key accounts, events, hospitality, wellness, or creative industries
- Comfortable with commission‑only, relationship‑led selling
- Professional, persuasive, and confident presenter to corporate stakeholders
- Professional English required; other EU languages (especially French or German) a bonus
- Based locally with European citizenship or full rights to work independently
- Operate as an independent, self‑employed commercial/sales freelancer (non‑exclusive)
- Commission‑based uncapped earnings with ongoing commission on repeat/recurring clients
- Full flexibility: control your schedule and methods
- Represent a human‑centred, creative, and impactful B2B mission
- Invoice commissions and manage your own tax/social setup/insurance in your country
- Premium brand assets, creatives, presentations, proposal templates
- All tools: CRM, curation tools, communications, design
- Marketing and proposal support, and contract, signing, payment handling
