About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) – EMEA at Skydio, you will drive the expansion of Skydio’s autonomous flight technology across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You own a defined set of EMEA government enterprise accounts, prospect within your territory, and build a deep understanding of customer operations to demonstrate and deploy Skydio technology at scale.
How You’ll Make an Impact- Identify new business development opportunities across EMEA and grow them into long‑term customers, from early engagement through contract execution and expansion
- Own and execute account strategies and sales forecasts that demonstrate continued penetration, upsell, and expansion within EMEA accounts
- Develop and maintain a strategic territory plan to identify, engage, and create opportunities with high‑propensity enterprise and public‑sector customers
- Build and manage a robust pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Develop a deep understanding of customer missions, workflows, and pain points across diverse regional and regulatory environments
- Build and maintain strong multi‑level relationships within customer organizations, including technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge of regional UAS programs, standards, regulations, and policy frameworks across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
- Coordinate closely with sales operations and customer success teams to ensure successful deployments and achievement of customer milestones
- Gather and share competitive intelligence on regional market trends and competitor activity with marketing and leadership
- Share customer insights and product requirements with product management to influence roadmap and regional fit
- Partner with customer success and solutions teams to deliver effective demonstrations, pilots, and product training as needed
- 8+ years of successful enterprise software, hardware, or SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of managing and closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals across international or EMEA markets
- Experience selling into government, defense, public safety, or highly regulated enterprise environments within EMEA
- Strong understanding of regional procurement processes, contracting structures, and compliance requirements
- Experience working with innovation units, R&D organizations, or early‑stage technology adoption programs
- Familiarity with UAS, aerospace, robotics, or adjacent advanced technology domains (hands‑on operational experience a plus)
- Experience using Salesforce and Google Workspace; familiarity with regional market intelligence tools is a plus
- Ability to travel regularly within the EMEA region
- Fluent English required; additional European or regional languages strongly preferred
Base salary ranges are region‑specific and include On‑Target‑Earnings. For example:
Finland – €144,000–180,000;
Germany – €173,500–200,000;
Switzerland – CHF 250,632–313,290.
