Join our team as a Technical Business Developer to support us on shaping the emerging market of data-powered infrastructure maintenance management.

What you will do:

We are entering the next phase of our international expansion, and you will play a central role in making it happen. As our Technical Business Developer
, you will build the commercial foundations for scalable growth across Europe and beyond.

  • Drive International Growth: Build and convert a strong sales pipeline across Europe and selected global markets. Identify growth opportunities, develop strategic accounts, and turn partnerships into long-term revenue.
  • Develop Strategic Networks & Channels: Establish and expand relationships with infrastructure owners, engineering firms, consultants, research institutions, and key industry stakeholders. Build and strengthen distribution and partner channels.
  • Own Brand & Market Positioning: Represent the company at international conferences and industry events. Boost our social media presence with engaging content and upgrade our marketing material.
  • Lead the Irmos Academy Initiative: Design and organize workshops, technical events, and educational initiatives to position our technology as a reference solution for researchers and engineers.
  • Take Ownership: Own and continuously refine our Sales and Marketing strategy, including targets, budgets, and performance metrics. This is not just a sales role, it is a strategic role at the intersection of technology, market development, and brand positioning.
What you will bring:
  • A completed degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or marketing, ideally in engineering-focused environments.
  • Proven ability to build and manage customer networks and relationships, with hands‑on CRM experience.
  • Familiarity with measurement technologies, data acquisition systems, and sensor technologies is considered a plus.
You are:
  • Passionate about technical excellence and delivering innovative, complete solutions for industry-first products that set new standards in the construction industry.
  • Thrive in dynamic, early-stage settings with high ownership and evolving priorities.
  • Willing to travel internationally and motivated by building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are considered a plus.
