As Investment Solutions Sales you are a commercial contributor responsible for winning new B2B clients and driving product adoption. You run your own deals, manage a structured pipeline, and represent Gen Two professionally with sophisticated counter parties. You operate independently on most opportunities, collaborating with senior colleagues on more complex or strategic cases. Ideal for someone who already brings business, wants meaningful ownership, and is ready to deepen exposure to institutional investment solutions.
Yourtasks & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
New Business & Deal Execution – Platform‑aware selling mindset
- Identify, qualify, and win new client relationships through structured prospecting and disciplined follow‑up.
- Lead sales processes from discovery through closing, with support on complex structuring topics where required.
- Position Gen Two’s investment solutions clearly and credibly, translating client needs into practical, scalable setups.
Client Activation & Expansion – Scalability
- Drive early product activation after signing by setting clear expectations and coordinating internal handovers.
- Contribute to expanding existing client relationships through additional products and use cases, in line with defined ownership models.
Sales Discipline & Market Feedback – Data‑ and AI‑supported
- Maintain a reliable pipeline with accurate forecasting, leveraging CRM data, pipeline insights and AI‑supported tools.
- Share market observations and client feedback to support continuous improvement of sales execution and messaging.
What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months)
- You manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- You regularly close new clients and activate products.
- You run deals with confidence and good judgement, knowing when to involve senior colleagues.
- You are seen as reliable, commercial, and easy to work with internally.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in financial services, structured products, securitization/SPVs, capital markets, asset management, banking, or adjacent institutional B2B environments.
- Demonstrated ability to bring in new business and progress deals beyond early‑stage discussions.
- Confidence in client interactions and the ability to explain complex topics with clarity.
- Solid sales discipline: pipeline ownership, follow‑ups, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
- Willingness and ability to develop strong working knowledge of structured products, asset classes, and competitive alternatives as part of the role.
- Curious, resilient, and comfortable operating in an environment with ambiguity and complexity.
- Fluent in English;
German or French is a strong plus. - Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship required.
