Are you passionate about B2B sales in the hospitality or service industry?
We’re looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the Swiss market, especially in the German-speaking area. You will be in charge of developing and managing a portfolio of corporate clients to maximize revenue and position our hotels as the go-to choice for business travelers.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Promote our brand and hotel portfolio to corporate clients
- Develop, maintain and grow your own client portfolio
- Actively prospect new corporate accounts at local and international levels
- Identify opportunities to sell accommodation, group bookings and meeting spaces
- Build strong, lasting B2B relationships and manage key accounts
- Monitor performance, conduct regular account reviews, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Participate in promotional activities and represent the brand at key events
- Work closely with hotel operations teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
- Conduct regular market intelligence to anticipate trends and opportunities
- Fluency in English and German (French is a plus )
- First successful experience in B2B hotel sales (1 to 3 years)
- Knowledge of the Swiss corporate market
, especially the German-speaking region - Good understanding of corporate travel needs: lodging, events, and mobility
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Autonomous, well-organized, proactive and detail-oriented
- Proficient in CRM tools
, Excel
, Power Point , and ideally Opera Cloud
- Work remotely with flexibility and autonomy
- Contribute to a dynamic and growing hospitality group
- Develop your B2B commercial skills in an international environment
- Play a key role in building strategic partnerships across Switzerland
