CHF 60,000 base salary + OTE + CHF 1,000 guaranteed commission per month for the first 5 months

Role Summary

As a Jr. Account Executive based in Zurich, you will play a key role in expanding TICKETINO’s presence across Switzerland and French‑speaking European markets. You will focus on new business acquisition, relationship development, and supporting event organizers in leveraging TICKETINO’s self‑service platform to maximize ticket sales and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for an ambitious, commercially driven sales professional early in their career

who thrives in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. You will collaborate closely with

marketing, operations, and customer success teams to deliver a best‑in‑class client experience

from prospecting through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, prospect, and engage event organizers, cultural institutions, venues, and activity providers across Switzerland and French‑speaking markets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with company revenue targets.
  • Clearly articulate TICKETINO’s value proposition, automation benefits, and white‑label capabilities.
  • Develop strategic relationships within the events, entertainment, and leisure ecosystem.
Go‑to‑Market Execution
  • Support local market expansion initiatives in collaboration with marketing and leadership teams.
  • Provide feedback on client needs, competitive insights, and market trends (payments, compliance, localization).
  • Represent TICKETINO at industry events, trade fairs, networking events, and cultural gatherings.
Client Relationship Management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients throughout the evaluation and onboarding process.
  • Ensure smooth handover to customer success following contract execution.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships to drive account growth, renewals, and referrals.
  • Accurately track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts within the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular performance updates and market insights to leadership.
Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (SaaS, event tech, hospitality, or related industries preferred).
  • Experience managing or supporting full‑cycle sales processes is a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to the events, entertainment, tourism, or cultural sectors is a plus.
  • Strong prospecting mindset with confidence in outreach and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and manage multiple client relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and CRM discipline.
Language Requirements
  • English:
    Professional proficiency (for internal coordination).
  • German or Italian: A plus but not required.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Sales certifications or additional commercial training are a plus.
