As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for expanding our business within your assigned territory. Normally, you will work in our sales office two days per week and visit our customers on‑site three days per week with the aim to provide consultative, solution‑based technical sales.

You will have a chance to develop a deep understanding of our products and sales techniques through extensive training, mentorship, and constant learning and development opportunities.

• Develop your product line within your territory
• Generate new leads and identify opportunities for growth
• Contact potential and existing clients and build customer portfolio
• Identify clients' needs and provide technical solutions
• Consult and negotiate

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of Swiss German at native level + very good English + French (Business Proficiency)
• Valid driving license
• Willingness to pursue a long‑term career in sales
• Motivation to learn about high technology and become an industry expert
• Proactive attitude and drive to achieve targets

• Minimum base salary of 80,600 CHF gross per year + bonus system
• Extensive sales and technical training
