With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

As part of the next phase of growth in Switzerland, we are strengthening the operational backbone of our sales organisation. We are now hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to ensure consistency, accuracy and continuous development across our sales processes — with a clear focus on CRM, performance analysis and process optimisation.

About the role

As Sales Operations Specialist
, you are responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our CRM system (Salesforce) and supporting the sales team in their daily work. You ensure that our sales processes are structured, data-driven and efficient.

This is a hands‑on role at the centre of our local sales organisation, working closely with the Head of Sales. You will be part of a lean and entrepreneurial Swiss team and based in our hub in central Zürich.

You act as the local CRM owner in Switzerland — not as a pure administrator, but as a key contributor to sales effectiveness. You contribute with analysis, insights and structure that strengthen daily execution and sales performance, while collaborating with the Global CRM Lead to further develop and optimise our Swiss CRM setup.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring a clear and efficient structure
  • Act as the first point of contact for all CRM‑related support and assistance for the Swiss sales organisation
  • Support and guide the sales team by handling technical inquiries and providing guidance to maximise efficiency and performance
  • Analyse sales figures and performance data, identifying trends and improvement opportunities
  • Monitor and optimise processes and reporting within the sales organisation to increase accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Global CRM Lead to align local processes with the overall CRM framework
What you can expect
  • A central role in a growing Swiss organisation with close collaboration with the Head of Sales
  • Real ownership of the local CRM setup and sales operations processes
  • A hands‑on role with visible impact on sales performance and efficiency
  • A high level of responsibility in a fast‑growing organisation with room to drive improvements and further develop your expertise
Who are you

You combine a strong analytical skillset with the ability to bring clarity, structure and efficiency to sales operations. You have a natural aptitude for data management, take ownership of your work and build trusted relationships across the sales organisation, translating data into practical insights that strengthen daily execution.

You take initiative and ensure that tasks are completed with high precision and attention to detail. You manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and reliability, and you are comfortable guiding and supporting colleagues to improve the team’s overall performance.

Essential skills to succeed
  • 2–4 years of experience working with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is highly meritorious
  • Solid ability to analyse and interpret sales and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • A proactive and self‑driven approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English
Welcome with your application at the latest April 9th 2026.
