We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven individual contributor Services Sales Manager - Central
Region to lead the growth of our services business across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This is a high-impact role for a relationship-oriented sales leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, customer engagement, and cybersecurity innovation.
As part of our EMEA Services organization, you will work alongside talented sales, channel, and technical teams to help customers maximize the value of their cybersecurity investments while accelerating Check Point’s services revenue across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and expand Check Point’s services sales business across Central Region, driving consistent growth through both direct and channel-led engagements
- Partner closely with regional account managers and cross-functional teams to position services as a strategic component of every customer opportunity.
- Build long‑term, trusted relationships with enterprise customers, strategic partners, and key stakeholders across the region.
- Understand customer business priorities and translate them into tailored service solutions that deliver measurable outcome.
- Drive accurate forecasting and consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, enablement, and partner teams to strengthen regional awareness and develop partner service capabilities
- 8+ years experience in services sales, solution sales, or consulting sales preferably within cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or IT services environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth through strategic account management and partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, managed services, and professional services delivery models.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across business and technical functions, including C-level executives.
- Experience working successfully in a fast‑paced, international, matrixed organization.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, execution-focused approach.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling capabilities.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering business outcomes.
- Resilient, proactive, and highly collaborative personality.
- Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholder environments
- Native-level German is required.
- Fluent English is essential for regional and global collaboration.
- Regular in‑person engagement with customers and partners is an important part of this role.
