We are expanding our presence in the DACH region and have established offices in Bellheim and Zürich. The role allows you to work smart across DACH while making customer visits as needed.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to own the development and sale of Auto Store solutions throughout the DACH region. You will spot opportunities, build relationships, lead complex sales projects, and close deals, driving business success and growth.

• Proactively develop business and identify new opportunities for Auto Store solutions.
• Manage Auto Store projects from initial acquisition through to successful contract closure.
• Design and implement innovative sales projects, including design, simulation, and budgeting.
• Develop customized solutions that deliver significant value to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through continuous communication.
• Be responsible for closing Auto Store projects and for successfully developing a dynamic sales pipeline.

• A solid track record in sales within intralogistics, ideally with experience in automation.
• The confidence to manage the full sales cycle and lead complex projects from start to finish.
• Native or bilingual in German, along with fluent English; speaking additional languages from the Baltics or Eastern Europe is a plus.
• A background in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience that sets you up for success.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to keep everything on track.
• The flexibility to travel and stay overnight when needed.
