Are you a sales professional who enjoys combining customer interaction with strong operational coordination? In this senior role, you will serve as the central contact for your assigned customers, managing day-to-day commercial processes, coordinating closely with internal teams, and ensuring the smooth handling of quotations, orders, and agreements. With your structured approach and customer-focused mindset, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting our continued market growth.
DEINEMISSION
- Build, expand, and operationally manage long-term relationships with key customers to identify growth opportunities
- Serve as the primary contact for all operational and technical inquiries, including order and offer management, pricing, credit notes, and claim handling
- Lead negotiations on frame contracts and pricing in line with company strategy
- Provide high-level technical sales expertise, including interpreting technical drawings and aligning solutions with customer needs
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Production
- Drive proactive sales initiatives and support product promotion across multiple customer segments
- Technical education (e.g. apprenticeship in mechanical, electrical, or industrial fields and/or a degree of higher education in Engineering, or Industrial Management, or equivalent)
- Commercial education (e.g. Commercial apprenticeship Swiss Federal VET Diploma, “EFZ, degree in Business Administration, Sales or equivalent Commercial education)
- 5+ years of experience in internal sales of technical or industrial products
- Interest in potentially leading a team in the future
- Strong negotiation and customer management skills with proven ability to drive sales performance
- Solid technical understanding of product portfolios and pricing knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, hands‑on mindset, and analytical problem‑solving abilities
- Fluent in English and German;
French is beneficial - Collaborative team player who thrives in cross‑functional environments
