About the jobAre you interested in building the future of local hospitality? We are looking for a German-speaking Specialist to join the Airbnb project in Barcelona. In this role, you won't just be managing accounts; you'll be identifying and onboarding "Co-Hosts"—the local experts who help property owners manage their listings and deliver great experiences.
The Role & Your Impact- Network Building: Identify and engage with potential co-hosts to expand the Airbnb community in key regions.
- Consultative Onboarding: Guide new partners through the program, explaining the value of the platform and helping them get started.
- Matching & Success: Connect property owners with the right co-hosts based on their specific needs.
- Strategic Growth: Manage your pipeline using Salesforce and work towards clear engagement and growth targets.
- Languages: C2-level German and professional English (B2+).
- Experience: 1–2 years in Sales, Customer Success, or Onboarding.
- Mindset: You enjoy reaching out to people, building trust over the phone or email, and hitting performance milestones.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to explain complex programs in a simple, persuasive way.
- Compensation: €30,000 base salary + up to €3,500 in annual bonuses.
