Senior Key Account Manager
At the Sevensense office in Zurich, we push the frontiers of Visual SLAM and build the eyes and brains for ABB’s mobile robots. Our real-time tracking solutions provide warehouses and factories with instant visibility into their forklift traffic, utilization, and safety. We’re looking for a passionate Technical Sales Specialist to join our Marketing & Sales team in Zurich, Switzerland.
Your responsibilities- Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop sales opportunities by leveraging our success stories
- Deeply understand the customer needs and derive a compelling value proposition for our Visual SLAM solutions
- Coordinate commercial inquiries with our Account Managers
- Focus your activities on our forklift tracking solution: identify key players and their needs, and generate leads to grow the sales in that domain
- Support product evaluations and integrations in close collaboration with our Application Engineers and Project Managers, securing high sales volumes and customer satisfaction
- Completed university degree in a technical discipline
- Previous experience in a coordinating function (e.g. managing a research or development project) or an application engineering role
- Analytical attitude with outstanding presentation and communication skills, in particular in situations of conflict and negotiations
- Willingness to travel: 20‑30 %
- Knowledge of the logistics and material handling industry
- Fluency in German and English
