The Opportunity

As our Sr. Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in expanding our footprint across the Metals & Minerals sector (focusing on Metals, Cement, Pulp & Paper). Reporting directly to the Global VP of Sales, you’ll hunt for new business, command complex enterprise deals, and introduce game-changing automation to industries ripe for disruption.

Your Mission
  • Drive Growth: Hunt, secure, and close high-value, complex enterprise deals with large industrial corporations.

  • Strategize: Develop and execute high-impact territory and account plans to crush your pipeline goals.

  • Navigate Complex Sales: Align and influence multiple stakeholders—from plant managers to C‑suite executives and procurement teams.

  • Own the Value Prop: Deeply understand customer challenges and translate them into undeniable ROI and commercial proposals.

  • Be the Face of ANYbotics: Champion our disruptive technology at top trade conferences, roadshows, and live demonstrations.

Your Profile
  • Proven Closer: A strong track record in direct B2B sales of disruptive, high‑tech industrial solutions (ideally software‑enabled hardware).

  • Enterprise Expert: Experienced in navigating long‑cycle, high‑value sales within large industrial corporates.

  • Location: Based in the Rust Belt area or neighboring states (ready to travel to clients).

  • Mindset: Highly proactive, resilient, and deeply curious about solving complex industrial challenges.

  • Data‑Driven: Master of state‑of‑the‑art CRMs with a knack for accurate pipeline forecasting.

Bonus Points
  • Experience selling directly into the Metals, Minerals, Paper or heavy manufacturing industries.
  • A background in robotics, industrial automation, or industrial inspection/maintenance.
