Currently in a phase of growth, and a leader in France, Esthetic Care Solutions (ECS) is actively recruiting independent sales agents (M/F) for various countries, including 6 for Switzerland.
We exclusively distribute internationally recognized solutions known for their effectiveness, safety, and precision, including Medical Solutions (CMed Aesthetics S.p.A. (LUMINESCENS)).
Position OverviewECS, the exclusive distributor of premium medical‑aesthetic technologies (Europe & South Korea) with proven global success and FDA/MDR validation, is recruiting independent sales agents to represent our flagship brands, already established in leading aesthetic clinics and medical centers across France and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute a commercial action plan to develop your territory and client portfolio.
- Prospect, build loyalty, and support a network of aesthetic physicians, clinics, and premium medical centers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for prospects and clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Promote the company's brands through your professional network and at national and international congresses.
- Ensure proper sales follow-up through CRM management and reporting.
- Flexible working hours.
- Marketing and sales support.
- Ongoing training programs for both sales representatives and clients.
- Attractive commission‑based compensation: estimated earnings between €3,000 and €15,000 per month.
- The freedom of independent status combined with the support of a solid and established organization.
- Continuous training on the technologies within your assigned division.
- Participation in leading international medical and aesthetic congresses (IMCAS, AMWC, SFME, etc.).
- Opportunities to attend aesthetic industry events and workshops.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in business development, ideally within medical devices, aesthetic medicine, luxury products, or high‑technology industries.
- Fluent English is required, including the ability to participate in presentations, training sessions, and international congresses.
- Passionate about innovation, technology, and aesthetic medicine.
- Key qualities: highly committed and self‑driven, proactive and adaptable, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership and team spirit, eager to learn, grow, and continuously improve.
- Minimum education level:
Associate Degree or equivalent (BTS, DUT, DEUG, or similar). - Minimum 3 years of business development experience.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
