Location: Zürich
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Junior Structured Products Sales to join our Global Products & Solutions (GPS) unit in Zürich.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to relationship managers and investment advisors, designing and promoting innovative, cross‑asset structured solutions tailored to the unique objectives of ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients. More than just a product expert, you will be a trusted enabler of client conversations, providing actionable ideas, anticipating market trends, and actively contributing to the growth and evolution of our structured products offering.
This is a collaborative, front‑office position where technical excellence meets commercial impact.
- Provide expert advice to Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors on tailored investment solutions, with a focus on Structured Products, to meet client needs
- Identify emerging market trends and develop innovative investment strategies to expand our client offerings
- Design, price, and launch structured products based on equity, credit, and interest rate underlings
- Proactively manage product rollovers, notifying Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors of impending maturities and offering suitable replacement options
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders through regular desk meetings and advisory calls to promote Structured Products and drive business growth
- Deliver educational sessions to Relationship Managers to enhance their knowledge of Structured Products and improve sales effectiveness
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials that showcase investment ideas and opportunities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including trade booking, post‑sale support, and product lifecycle management
- Education:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience:
2-5 years of experience in an advisory or sales role - Sales Drive:
Results‑driven mindset with a proven track‑record in successfully developing clients / RM collaborations, and a strong desire to succeed in a sales‑oriented environment - Market Knowledge:
Strong passion for financial markets, with a broad understanding of various asset classes and in-depth expertise in at least one area - Structured Products Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of Structured Products, including their design, pricing, and application - Client Focus:
Ability to analyse client situations, identify needs, and develop tailored solutions - Communication
Skills:
Skilled in simplifying complex concepts and creating engaging advisory materials to support sales efforts - Team
Collaboration:
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and clients - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and VBA, with the ability to apply technical skills to analyse and solve complex problems - Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English
