Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and acquire strategic ERP and implementation partners across the DACH market
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers within ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ABAS, Proalpha, and other relevant ERP platforms
- Develop a structured partner acquisition approach aligned with ICPs and go-to-market priorities
- Build a strong network within the ERP, automation, and digital transformation ecosystem for mid-market and Enterprise customers
- Build and develop a partner-driven pipeline
- Initiate and manage joint sales cycles with partners
- Develop repeatable co-selling motions with ERP partners and consulting firms
- Own partner-related revenue targets and forecasting
- Support partners in positioning, customer conversations, and opportunity development
- Identify concrete AI agent and automation use cases within ERP environments
- Build pragmatic partner processes and establish scalable partner structures
- Co-Develop partner playbooks, enablement materials, and engagement models
- Collaborate closely with Product and Customer teams to improve partner-related workflows
- Systematically track and develop partner activity, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
- Provide continuous market feedback on ERP trends, AI adoption, and competitive dynamics
- Identify strategic integration and ecosystem opportunities
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, partner meetings, and ecosystem initiatives.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Partner Sales, Channel Sales, or Ecosystem Sales within B2B SaaS or ERP environments
- Proven track record of building partner-generated pipeline and driving revenue through partnerships
- Strong understanding of the DACH ERP landscape
- Experience in co-selling with Resell partners, implementation partners, or consulting firms
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
- High degree of ownership, autonomy, and hands-on execution
- Experience working in early-stage or high-growth environments is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English and German.
