Business Development Manager

Gessi has been designing and manufacturing exclusive bathroom and kitchen fittings and furnishings for more than 30 years. Today, the Gessi brand is acknowledged worldwide for its fashionable bathroom designs in all types of living environments, including hotels, spas, yachts and private residences.

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the sales role preferably in the furniture or design sector.

• Responsible to reach project (contract division) sales targets in the reference area.
• Responsible to identify key designers and developers of the area working in the luxury real estate and to build long-term collaborations.
• Responsible to present collections to Architects, Designers, Developers (A&D) and other key stakeholders.
• Responsible to develop/support A&D and key stakeholders I setting up specifications for projects.
• Responsible to define the strategic account plan to identify key stakeholders in the area.
• Responsible to carefully prepare updates on the performances of the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director
• Business intelligence on the market on products, players, pricing and R&D.
• Cooperate with our HQ back-office team to provide the client with the best service in terms of quality and timing.
• Contribute to achieve the sales target within the Region.
• Responsible to leverage on company tools (e.g. Edicola, CRM, others) on the day-by-day tasks

• Fluent in German and English, other language is a plus.

• Resident in Switzerland, preferably in Zurich or a German-speaking canton.
