At Fever, the Business Development team is key to the marketplace, making discovery of amazing things to do effortless. We source, curate and grow top experiential content across global markets – from immersive pop‑ups to headline cultural events. We bring the best experiences to the platform while helping partners grow portfolios, increase turnover and achieve long‑term success. We work closely with creators, producers, agencies and cultural leaders to scale projects through Fever.

Collaboration is key: we partner daily with Marketing, User Support, Category Management, Lead Generation, Partner Support and Sales Ops to ensure every experience added to the marketplace reaches its full potential.

Senior Market Strategy & Partnerships Manager – German Swiss market. This high‑impact role sits at the intersection of business development, operations and strategy. You will own the market end‑to‑end: originating and structuring landmark partnerships and ensuring flawless execution on the ground.

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with the biggest producers, creators, venues and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
• Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the market, with an innovative and effective approach to scaling Fever’s presence in the region.
• Expertly manage commercial strategy with large partners, ensuring value creation for both parties and a sustainable strategic partnership between Fever and event organizers.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to balance and grow a large client base.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver on partner growth.
• Keep up to date with new and trending experiences – act as the region’s entertainment expert.

• At least 4+ years of top‑tier consulting or equivalent experience, plus an additional 4+ years in relevant sectors (e.g. corporate management, tech companies, sport, music, arts).
• Strong business development and partnership management skills.
• Self‑starter mentality able to thrive in a demanding, dynamic startup environment.
• Demonstrated data‑driven approach to business and task prioritization.
• Excellent communication in German and English, written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and a Sales CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Knowledge of city entertainment, events and lifestyle trends.
