- Define and execute the European sales strategy and marketing plan in full alignment with global guidelines while capitalizing on regional market specifics
- Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing European sales team (including Technical Business Development Managers, Regional Account Managers and Sales Administration), fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Drive European sales performance through rigorous KPI monitoring, secure a robust project pipeline, and ensure timely, accurate sales forecasting (12-Month Rolling Forecast) and budget achievement
- Manage and develop key accounts within the region, lead complex contract negotiations, and strengthen long-term customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Partner closely with global sales leadership, European Plant Managers, and core functions (Operations, Global Program Management, Engineering, Quality) to ensure capacity alignment and proactive communication
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking across Europe to identify new business segments, manage regional pricing strategies, and drive portfolio optimization
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives within the European sales team, promoting multicultural competence, diversity, and cross-regional best practice exchange
- Deputy of the Global Head of Sales Automotive & Industrial
