General Summary

Inside Sales Representative – Renewals & Field Sales Support (Switzerland)

At Tandem Diabetes Care, we're transforming the future of insulin pump therapy — and we're growing fast. The Inside Sales Representative is directly responsible for supporting customer retention, contract renewals, and sales enablement activities across Switzerland.

They are expected to drive renewal performance, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, and provide proactive support to Field Sales Representatives to ensure continued customer satisfaction and business success.

This role is not just about achieving renewal targets. It is about building strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for healthcare professionals and existing customers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the lifecycle of Tandem Diabetes products and services.

Working closely with the Field Sales, Clinical, Customer Support, and Medical Affairs teams, the Inside Sales Representative will help maximise customer retention, coordinate account activities, and identify opportunities to expand adoption of Tandem solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute customer renewal activities to ensure retention targets and business objectives are achieved.
  • Proactively engage existing customers, healthcare professionals, and accounts to support contract renewals, product upgrades, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Partner closely with Field Sales Representatives to identify opportunities within existing accounts and coordinate account strategies.
  • Support the sales team by managing inbound and outbound customer communications, qualification activities, and administrative sales processes.
  • Maintain regular contact with healthcare professionals and customers to strengthen relationships and identify evolving needs.
  • Coordinate and support sales campaigns, customer outreach initiatives, and follow-up activities.
  • Provide product, service, and commercial information to customers and healthcare professionals as required.
  • Schedules, deliver and coordinates product training for patients, customers, and health care professionals (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists, Endocrinologists) to familiarize patients, customers, and health care professionals with the benefits of Tandem Diabetes’ products and related services in the event of staff absences or an increase in demand for product training.
  • Assist with territory planning, account management activities, and CRM data management to support Field Sales effectiveness.
  • Identify and escalation customer concerns, service issues, or opportunities for additional training and support.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Clinical, and Medical Affairs teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
