- Manage end-customer and vendor relationships, with a focus on Nuix and Arina Professional Services
- Manage and further develop the partnership between Arina and Nuix, as well as account management for Arina customers
- Work closely with Nuix on product development, market potential, and joint sales activities
- Execute strategic sales objectives and regularly report on results
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships and acquire new customers
- Analyze and manage RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, including coordinating and preparing proposal documents
- Conduct pre-sales activities and pitches domestically and internationally
- Advise customers on-site and online during the evaluation and implementation of solutions
- Lead contract negotiations with customers and relevant stakeholders
- Moderate regional customer events, such as workshops, user groups, and working groups
- Attend industry events, partner events, and training sessions
- Monitor the market and competition and analyze relevant trends and developments
- A strong drive to succeed, passion for sales, a confident personality, perseverance, empathy, and a willingness to learn
- Confident presence, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work in a team
- Several years of practical sales experience
- Experience managing software licenses in a B2B environment
- Experience working with public-sector customers
- Interest in selling complex software solutions
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, organized approach to work
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and One Note
- Business-Fluent German (C2) and very good English skills (C1 or higher)
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, events, and professional development within the DACH region
- Residence within the DACH region, with the ability to be regularly present at the Zurich and/or Munich offices (maximum travel time of approximately three hours to one of the locations)
Demonstrates strong sales acumen with a focus on managing customer and vendor relationships, particularly in the software solutions sector. Proficient in analyzing market trends and executing strategic sales objectives while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills.
