Die Hälg Facility Management AG sucht in Zürich eine/n Technische/n Objektleiter/in (100%) per 1. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung. Sie betreuen gebäudetechnische Anlagen, organisieren Reparaturen und führen technische Kontrollrundgänge durch.
Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Pflege der Betriebsdokumentation im CAFM-System, Begleitung von Drittunternehmern, Störungsanalyse sowie Pikett- und Bereitschaftsdienste; Führerausweis B ist Voraussetzung.
