* in (80–100%). Sie übernehmen elektrische Arbeiten gemäß NIV Art.
13/15, prüfen Geräte, betreuen Haushaltgeräte, Sanitäre Anlagen, Heizungsunterstationen, Lüftungen und Schliesssysteme. Zudem gehören Instandstellung von Mietobjekten, Fenster-/Türunterhalt und Mithilfe bei Wohnungsräumungen zu Ihren Aufgaben.
