KBenP in Zwolle zoekt een programmasecretaris voor de implementatie van de nieuwe programmaorganisatie Energietransitie. Je maakt deel uit van het programmateam en werkt nauw samen met de programmamanager, de huidige secretaris en strategen.
Je draagt zorg voor organisatorische versterking en borging van nieuwe werkprocessen. De rol is tijdelijk en richt zich op de implementatie van de organisatieontwikkeling, met focus op planning, coordinatie en kennisoverdracht tussen betrokkenen.
