Je werkt op locatie bij klanten in de Noordoost-regio en bouwt sterke relaties op met medewerkers. Regie voeren in verzuimprocessen, administratieve taken en regelmatige klantbezoeken staan centraal.
Je denkt mee over verzuimbeleid, gericht op herstel en preventie, en werkt in een team met Arts, Arboverpleegkundige en Praktijkondersteuner Bedrijfsarts.
