Manager | Liempde Oost gas station

We are looking for a Manager for our Esso Liempde Oost location on Rijksweg A2 Oostzijde, 5298 MG Liempde.

Would you like to have day-to-day management at your own EC station? As a manager of this gas station, you will lead a team and together with them you will ensure a hospitable environment for the guest.
As a manager, you are responsible for managing your staff and maintaining close contact with your regional manager. You also ensure a good working atmosphere and coach, train, and motivate your team to be successful together. You are also ultimately responsible for tasks such as staffing and placing orders. It is also important that you and your team work according to the safety procedures and guidelines.

Finally, you can translate guest feedback into new commercial opportunities and convey this to your staff.

Terms and conditions of employment; and salary according to the collective labor agreement for petrol stations and washing companies; €2700,- €3200,- p/m based on a full-time working week;

Personal coaching and training to develop yourself and your qualities;

Travel allowance from €0,19 ct/km;

A night allowance of 30% between 23:00 PM and 06:00 AM (if applicable to the location);

Allowance of 50% on national holidays;

Holiday bonus of 8% which is paid annually.

• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position;
• A customer-oriented attitude and able to deal with customers in a professional manner;
• Flexibility and able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays;
• Good control of the Dutch language;
• Knowledge of MS Office and experience with cash register systems.
