The Office of Gifted and Talented Education has been providing programming for academically able students for over 20 years. We offer academic year and summer programming for middle and high school students (grades 7 - 12).

All programs are instructed by MSU professors. Residential programs provide a 10:1 ratio of students to Resident Hall Assistant. Resident Assistants provide 24 hours supervision on students. Many programs include evening enrichment activities as well as use of campus facilities. Academic criteria must be met for each program. Partial scholarships are available.

Goldfish Swim School, located in the Birmingham and Farmington Hills suburbs of Detroit, is a state of the art aquatic facility dedicated entirely to year-round indoor swim classes to children ages 4 months and up.
