Ecole Ducasse – Paris Campus:
Ducasse Education provides year-round and summer cooking courses (taught in English or French) to locally-based and international students.
We have two schools: Centre Formation Alain Ducasse in Argenteuil, a north-western Paris suburb' and Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, in Yssingeaux, in the Haute-Loire department in south-central France.
Our intensive culinary programs are for French students, beginners, adults, international culinary arts students, professional chefs, career changers, and anyone interested in broadening their culinary horizons.
