• Bachelor Degree in French Pastry Arts: 3-year program with two 5-month internships in an establishment part of Ducasse Education’s network (taught in English or French).

• Culinary Arts Diploma: 6-months training + 3-month internship in a French restaurant (taught in English or French).

• Expert Diploma in Culinary Arts: 6-months training in superior culinary arts with alternating skills-building classes and practical experience in an establishment part of Ducasse Education’s network.

Pastry Arts Programs - taught in English:
• French Bakery Arts Program: 2 months training + 1 month optional internship.
• French Pastry Campus: 2 months training + 1 month optional internship.
• French Chocolate & Confectionery Arts: 2 months training + 1 month optional internship.
• French Pastry Arts Diploma: 6 months training + 2 months internship.
• Expert Diploma Program in French Pastry Arts: 2 months training + 1 month optional internship.
