Culinary Arts & Pastry School in Miami FL

Gastronomicom International Culinary Academy has brought its own brand of French Michelin star cooking classes to Miami FL. We provide a wide range of French Cooking and Pastry classes to students from the U.S. and abroad. Our refined cooking courses are conducted by French chefs with a wealth of experience in the field.

Our certificate courses include general French Cooking & Pastry programs that range in duration from 1 week to 3 months. In addition, we offer a special 1-year program that includes 6 months of hands-on training in Miami and France, followed by 6 months internship (work experience placement) in the South of France.

Location and Facilities:

Our Miami culinary school is conveniently situated in Coral Gables, just southwest of Downtown Miami, close to Miami International Airport and Miami Beach. Coral Gables is known as "The City Beautiful."

There are two fully-equipped classrooms (90 square meters each) where students practice pastry making and cooking.
