The Henley Full-Time MBA has three equal stages that build towards your final qualification. Together they cover business management from every practical and theoretical angle, giving you powerful tools and decision making techniques for your career.
Stage 1 - Managing the organisation
You are provided with a better understanding of the reality of management in the 21st century and the role of the manager. There are four subjects in Stage 1: Dynamics of Management; Managing People and Performance; Managing Processes, Systems and Projects; Managing Financial Resources
Stage 2 - Making choices
Stage 2 is more explicitly commercial and strategic. There are five subjects:The Global Business Environment; Strategic Marketing; Corporate Finance and Governance; Strategic Direction; Personal Development
Stage 3 - Making a difference
Stage 3 has five elements. In addition to two core modules, 'Leadership and Change' and 'Reputation and Relationships', you will complete an elective subject, and a module on business research methods leading to a research-based project. Courses include: Leadership and Change; Reputation and Relationships; The Manager as Investigator; The Management Challenge
