Located next to the beautiful Mediterranean resort town of Cap d’Agde in the South of France, Gastronomicom International Culinary Academy provides short French cooking and pastry courses which are taught at a one Michelin star level. In addition, we offer one-year and two-year diploma programs, including the Diploma in Gastronomic Food and Beverage Management.

Diploma in Gastronomic Food and Beverage Management - 2 years Taught in English with all management courses taught in French
• Year 1: 3 month Gastronomic Cooking Course + a 3 month Gastronomic Pastry Course + a 6 month internship.
• Year 2: 3 month University-level Management Course + a 3 month practical Management Course + a 6 month Internship at a Gastronomic Establishment.
For the Management Diploma you have two options: 1) Cooking & Pastry or 2) Restaurant Management & Wines.
Gastronomicom students receive a stipend of 524 Euro per month (fixed regular sum paid) once the internship period of the training begins.
Note: You can qualify for a direct entry to the second year of this course, if you can prove a minimum of 5 years professional experience at a recognized gastronomic establishment AND an advanced level of French.
