FORE School of Management:
Foundation for Organizational Research and Education (FORE) is a center of excellence in Management Education, Research, Training and Consultancy in the Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi, India. FORE concerns itself with overall development of managers of the new millennium. Hence, the faculty and students are encouraged to take active participation in all events both academic and otherwise. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Two Year Full Time)
The two-year full time PGDM programme is designed to help our future managers follow a three-fold approach to lead successfully in the corporate environment. Approved by AICTE & recognised by Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to MBA degree

Programme Objectives
- To help the students gain an understanding of the organisational settings and techniques of management.
- To enable the students in integrating learning with the organisational functioning.
- To facilitate evolution in the context of dynamic and complex working environment.
The thrust is on understanding the independent nature of organisational dynamics and its managerial implications. This helps students acquire conceptual and analytical abilities required for decision making and effective implementation and achieving results.

Instructional Methodology: An optimum mix of lecture, discussions, case studies, role-plays, group discussions, Special sessions from professionals from industry and trade, management games, sensitivity training, management films, industrial visits and industry interaction. Students are encouraged to represent their cases through individual presentations. Further opportunity is provided through participation of students in various seminars.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (IBM)
The two-year full time PGDM(IBM) programme aims at preparing students to take up careers in corporate and family businesses engaged in International Business operations.

Programme Objectives
- To develop and train participants for assuming positions of responsibility in the corporate or family business sector in the context of an International environment.
- To provide a thorough grounding in the conceptual framework of management theory, in the skills appropriate to managerial practice, as well as in the essential issues in International business operation
- To equip the participants for working in a competitive global environment enabling them to face confidently the pressures and challenges of the new millennium in achieving competitive advantage.

The basic thrust is on learning organisational dynamics in the context of global business environment. This would help the students to focus on acquiring skills to adopt internationally benchmarked decision making tools and implementation practices

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Three Year Part Time) - PGDM (PT) -3 years
Keeping in view the commitment of FSM to promote post-experience management education in the country, the three-year Post-Graduate Programme (Part time) in Management (PGDM) was started by the Institute in 1992.The programme is approved by the Ministry of Human Resources, Govt.of India, and All India Council for Technical Education.

The three-year part time (PGDM) programme is designed to impart knowledge and skills in the basic and functional areas of management. It is meant for young individuals who are working as Middle/Junior level Executives/Officers in public or private sector organizations, but have not had an opportunity to acquire formal management education. Being a part time (evening) programme, it is open to those working in and around Delhi.
