St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School, Orlando:
Located in Orlando in Orange County, St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School is a private co-educational Catholic school and welcomes children in pre-kindergarten (from 3 years) through to 8th grade. As part of our programs, we offer an APEX program where students can choose from a wide range of electives, a PACE program for academic challenge and excellence, as well as extensive arts and athletics programs. We have a 50-year tradition of excellence in education and we continue to uphold past traditions while forging into the future.

Academics:
Strong state and diocesan curriculum standards and state certified teachers ensure our students receive an excellent balanced education.
All schools in the Diocese take the National Iowa Test of Basic Skills (ITBS) and Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT). Test results are in the form of National Percentile Rank (NPR). Example: A score of 95% shows students scored better than 95% of the other students or the norm group who took the test.
Our core curriculum includes: Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, Religion, Technology, Physical Education, Art, Music, Spanish and Library.
Arts:
St. Charles curriculum exposes each child to fine arts beginning at the PreKindergarten level. Our Kindergarten through fourth grade students meet once a week for 40 minutes. They are given the opportunity to draw, make 3-D projects, learn art history, assemble a variety of crafts, and work with new tools.
Our fifth grade students meet twice a week for 40 minutes and our sixth, seventh and eighth grade students meet once a week for 40 minutes. Middle School students receive art history reflecting the time period they are studying. APEX program offers a variety of art classes to choose from: drawing, painting, water color, crafts, calligraphy, mosaics, stained glass, print making, photography, and ceramics.
Athletics:
It is the goal of the Athletic Program, through sports, to assist the school in fostering the development of the whole child; helping students learn the value of teamwork, cooperation, discipline, and respect through hard work, on and off the field.
CMAC offers the following sports: Girls and Boys Basketball; Girls and Boys Soccer; Girls and Boys Volleyball; Girls and Boys Track; Girls Cheerleading.
