Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management Degree Program:
The management provides an interdisciplinary and holistic approach to developing skills and knowledge in decision making, problem solving and leadership. The curriculum includes a foundation in business, accounting, economics, business communications and management theory and focuses on analysis and decision making across a wide spectrum of management activities. The major prepares students for a variety of management-related careers.

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management: Emphasis - International Business:
The major in International Business prepares students with the requisite knowledge and skills for professional success in the global business environment. It provides a foundation in the principles of business, marketing and accounting with an in-depth focus on global business. The curriculum covers Global competitive strategies, management and issues related to international law, marketing, finance and International Trade and Finance. Students are prepared for career opportunities in both private and public economic sectors, including domestic and global corporations; federal, state and local governments; and not-for-profit, nongovernmental and intergovernmental domestic and international organizations and institutions.
Objectives:
The student who graduates with a major in International Business will be able to:
- Explain relevant International business theories and concepts.
- Describe the key sociopolitical, cultural, economic, legal and ethical variables in the global business environment.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the roles of government, multinational corporations and global and regional organizations in international business and identify relevant issues.
- Explain the role of the manager as a global leader in today's complex, cross-functional, multicultural economic and political settings.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, communication and team-building skills in the analysis of global business and policy situations.
- Demonstrate sufficient skills in accounting and financial areas.
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management: Emphasis - Marketing:
The marketing major prepares students with the marketing skills and business acumen necessary for professional and personal success in today's global business environment. The curriculum provides a balanced course of study that exposes students to a common body of knowledge and leads them to understand marketing processes and situations, think independently, communicate effectively and appreciate their own and other cultures. Students with a major in marketing will be well-positioned to enter a broad spectrum of marketing positions in private and public corporations, marketing agencies or entrepreneurial endeavors.
Objectives:
The student who graduates with a major in marketing will be able to:
- Critically evaluate marketing situations and make informed marketing decisions.
- Explain the universal marketing processes for consumer and organizational markets in a domestic and global marketplace.
- Describe the complex nature of global corporate ethics and the social responsibility of organizations in the conduct of marketing activities.
- Demonstrate competency in technological applications used by the marketing professional to report key data and recommend management strategy and action plans.

Master in Business Administration (MBA) Degree Program:
The 36 credit MBA program requires course work focusing on managerial aspects of accounting, finance, marketing and management. Case studies are designed to prepare students to work for managerial positions in small businesses as well as multinational companies. This is a broad based traditional MBA.
