Rennert Summer Plus! Iona College Teen Program, NY:
Based on the campus of Iona College in New Rochelle, Westchester County NY, Rennert International is an English language school that offers teen summer camps in New York (20 miles north of Midtown Manhattan). Our Summer Plus! camp for teens ages 13-17 blends English classes with optional electives in Fashion, Sports, Film, Art & Design, Broadway or Leadership. The camp also features creative workshops; memorable excursions and activities, and safe, comfortable accommodation.
About the Rennert Summer Plus! Camp:
Held in New Rochelle on the campus of Iona College, the program is designed to help teenagers improve their English, develop a special interest, make international friends, and have fun!
Summer Plus! students enjoy new accommodations, well-maintained campus facilities, an easy commute to Manhattan, and a wonderful area where they have the freedom to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Accommodation in New York:
Iona College offers excellent housing facilities which provide comfortable, clean and safe accommodation for students.
Summer plus! program residents will be welcomed to Iona's best-equipped residence hall featuring single-gender suites. Each suite houses a maximum of ten people and contains two double rooms, two triple rooms, a living/kitchen area, and two bathrooms.
All residences are supervised by Rennert Resident Advisors (RAs) who live on each floor at a ratio of 15 students to 1 RA. Students are assigned to RAs by gender and floor. Additionally, all activities, entrances and exits are monitored by Rennert staff 24 hours a day. Safety is very important to us!

Hills Learning

Hills Learning is a language school that provides high-quality Mandarin Chinese classes to adults, teens and children all year-round. This summer, we are teaming up with Chess Educators to provide a unique summer camp experience for boys and girls (ages 5-12) - combine Mandarin Chinese immersion instruction with an interactive Chess program. The program takes place at Léman Manhattan Prep School, in the Financial District of NYC (close to Wall Street).Kids will participate in fun, engaging activities, and they start off the day with a morning wakeup physical activity. In the afternoon, they get engaged in playing Chess and learning fun and effective strategies. All students must sign up for 2 weeks minimum. They can also take the camp for 4 weeks and receive a discount.
Our Chinese language instruction is fun and effective. We follow a textbook designed specifically for children learning Chinese. All language skills are developed, from writing and reading, to speaking and listening. Through interactive games and activities, the students learn the basics of this incredible language.
The chess camp provides an interactive and hands-on approach for kids to learn chess. Chess camp activities include chess instruction and lessons, a chess lab which includes worksheets, problem solving, and more tactics. Kids will also participate in class tournament games with notation and clocks making the camp an exciting and rewarding experience.

World of Discovery Summer Camp of Bayside, Queens is conveniently located at the John Golden Ball Fields in Bayside in the north-east of Queens, NY (32nd Avenue & 215th Place). We offer 2-8 week summer camp programs for children ages 4-15 years. We offer round-trip, door-to-door transportation to all neighborhoods in Queens, NY. Campers will learn to swim, play sports and go on summer camp field trips. We specialize in providing children with a safe and fun summer camp experience.At World of Discovery Summer Day Camp of Bayside, Queens, summer-time is a season for children to expand their horizons, explore new territories, and discover new and exciting things about themselves. SUMMER STOCK for CITY KIDS! Summer theater program in Long Island City, Western Queens, New York City for kids, teens and young people who want to have fun and improve their performance skills. The Language Workshop for Children provides language instruction for young children in New York City.In the LWFC’s Summer Camp-Like Enrichment Program 3 to 9 years old expand their French, Spanish, or Chinese through language immersion fun, costume days, baking, arts and crafts, theme days, birthday parties and more!
