Atlantic School Of English and Active Leisure:
Atlantic School of English & Active Leisure (Atlantic S.E.A.L) is a small English language school and TESOL teacher training centre in the village of Schull, directly beside the Atlantic Ocean on the magical Mizen Peninsula in West Cork, South-West Ireland.

Location and Facilities:

Schull is located approximately 100kms south-west of Cork City which has an international airport and ferry terminals. It is approximately 360km from the capital, Dublin.

We have the best of both worlds - a peaceful location, an ideal learning environment, and both the Atlantic and the village just a minute's walk away.

We offer a wide range of modern facilities to our students as well as an exciting leisure programme that stimulates the mind and body and sets the tone for a successful and pleasurable learning experience. We can also organise accommodation for you with a friendly local host family.

South West Cork has been described as “the most magical place in Ireland.” It boasts a mix of mountains, moors, wild hills full of lakes, deep river valleys and dramatic cliffs overlooking the Atlantic.

On the rugged Mizen Peninsula is the picturesque town of Schull - the lively village in which Atlantic S.E.A.L. is based.

Mizen Head with the Mizen lighthouse, perched on the cliffs at the very tip of the 20 mile finger of land, is the most southerly point of the Irish mainland and is known as 'Ireland's Lands End'.
