Register for a Neso Certificate - 03 September 2007 |
To register for your “Neso
Certificate”, you need to provide Neso China with
the following documentation:

With the Neso Certificate
Registration Form you need to provide information about your
educational background, your English language skills and the Dutch
institution (s) and programme(s) that you apply for. The Registration Form
needs to be filled-out in its entirety. Registration Forms that are not
properly filled-out may not be considered.
The Neso Certificate Registration Form will also be available at selected
recruitment agencies in China.

2.IELTS
Test Report Form ( Academic Module) |
Together with the Neso Certificate Registration Form, you need to supply a photocopy of a
valid IELTS Test Report Form (TRF). Neso China will check the validity
of the IELTS TRF.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) will be used for the
assessment of the English language proficiency that is required from you
to pursue a study in the Netherlands. Therefore, all Chinese students who
wish to study in the Netherlands must take the IELTS test. Please note
that you have to take the Academic module, NOT the General Training module
of IELTS. The Overall Band score of your IELTS test should match the
minimum language criteria of the international programme that you applied
for. All Dutch institutions of higher education will make their language
criteria known in relation to IELTS scores.
You should apply for the IELTS test through your own initiative using
normal IELTS application procedures. IELTS testing is available on many
occasions throughout the year at 26 IELTS Test Centres in China. Detailed
information about test centres, test dates and application procedures in

http://www.ielts.org/.

3.Diploma's
degrees and transcripts both in English and Chinese |
You must also
provide (photo) copies of your diplomas, degrees and/or transcripts both in English and Chinese, which
you need to seek admission to a Dutch higher education institution. Neso
China will make an assessment of the validity of this documentation. In
case the required documentation is not yet fully available at the time of
registration to Neso China, you must supply supporting documentation,
such as a statement that you are still registered as a student by your
current school or university (both in English and Chinese language).
