Based in Austin, Texas, Live the Language is a Spanish language tutoring service that provides beginner to advanced level Spanish classes to students of all ages throughout the Austin area. Our courses include General Spanish for adults, Family classes, Spanish classes for kids, Summer Camp programs, Spanish and Cooking classes, and more.
Deidre and Kateri Aragon, a mother-daughter team, conceived Live the Language (LTL) in 2005 to offer a Spanish program to the Austin community to not only speak and attain fluency in Spanish, but also learn Spanish within a cultural context. Deidre and Kateri were inspired by their love for languages and Mexican culture as well as by the legacy of their ancestors.

Our mission is to provide our students— adults, children, families, and organizations—with thoroughly personalized, interactive classes to speak and attain fluency in Spanish. Live The Language classes leave a lifetime impression on our students, as well as an unforgettable learning experience that enriches their lives.
We immerse our students in not only the Spanish language but also in Latin America’s rich cultural traditions. Through fun, interactive instructional modules, appreciation of Latin American cuisines, and real-life situations, our students have the opportunity to exercise their knowledge of Spanish.
