Nutritional Medicine
Nutritional Medicine is a form of therapy that uses food, supplementary nutrients and cleansing procedures to alleviate or prevent chronic health problems. Whilst anyone can tinker with diet, the ability to apply nutrition to health effectively calls for well-developed professional skills. Prescriptions are based on medical, family and dietary histories and practitioners develop diagnostic insight specific to this form of medicine. Our therapy is holistic because of its:

Slimming Consultancy Diploma
You can begin the course whenever you like. On enrolling you will receive the  complete course which is in 13 sections, you will also receive a course book that has been chosen to assist you in your learning.  

You do not have to worry about having any set level of knowledge before starting. The course is desinged to take you through a natural progression, building from basic nutrition to the more in depth aspects of weight loss. Where appropriate the sections include one or more self-assessments, we call these check points. These do not have to be submitted to the College, as well as these check pionts there are three formal assessments these will have to be sent in to the college for marking. These are at various points through the course and one major one at the end. All assignments are to be done at home with no attendance necessary. The Plaskett College Diploma is awarded upon successful completion of all the coursework and the assignments. The course is designed to be completed within 12 months from the date of enrolment.

The treatment of the topic follows the principles of Bernard Jensen in the USA.

Syllabus Advanced
The advanced level extends this considerably by bringing in the work of Dorothy Hall and of Dr Josef Deck, both of which are the subject of a special presentation during the course. The published insights of Farida Davidson and Harri Wolf, while not separately presented, also influence the presentation of the course material. Both the Australian School, (Dorothy Hall ) and the German School, (Dr Deck/Harri Wolf), offer an added dimension to the study and interpretation of the constitution.
