The Plaskett International College markets 29 years of therapy developments and teachings by Dr Lawrence Plaskett in Nutrition and Health. Dr Plaskett's unique background of firstly being a biochemist and a medical doctor, who then ventured into Chinese medicine, seemed to stir him into a journey that has seen many long nights of writing. In addition to the courses we offer here at the college, he has also written some 80 publications, developed a range of supplements that really do what is says on the pot, and has had his teachings translated into French, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.

Licensing:
Licences for the use of the PIC course materials are given after due consideration of the applicant's resources and experience for performing effective delivery including the ability to cope with the expected student numbers. Licensees must be operators capable of running as a college in their own right as PIC does not engage with those who are only promoters. Licences are subject to negotiated royalty terms for which PIC operates established guidelines. There will normally be a minimum royalty clause.

Licences are normally for an initial five years and are renewable if the criteria are being fully met. In courses that require tutors, the licensee provides these under PIC supervision. Where translation is required into languages other than English, licensees are given translation rights subject to the control of the accuracy of the translations by PIC. All arrangements are subject to written contracts duly signed on behalf of the parties and subject to the laws of the United Kingdom.

- Slimming Consultancy Diploma - A course giving a specialist training to advise slimmers on a one-to-one individual basis. You will acquire a rare level of expertise in this important topic and have the knowledge to practice independently.

- Iris Diagnosis Diploma (Iridology) - You can train to use detailed inspection of the iris to diagnose the health of tissues and organs of the body and obtain indications for naturopathic and nutritional treatment.

- Nutrition and Health Certificate - This provides a splendid introduction to working through nutrition to provide for health improvement. This Course is introductory, not yet at practitioner level. It can prepare you to take practitioner programmes.

- Nutritional Medicine - This is a full practitioner programme that is available overseas. There are colleges licensed in several overseas countries.
