AWI International Education Group - English courses:
Learn English in beautiful New Zealand! Conveniently situated in Central Auckland, AWI provides English language courses to students from around the world, including IELTS exam preparation and Academic English. We teach students of all levels - from beginner to advanced. In addition, we offer Business and Computing / IT courses.

Established in 2000, AWI is a private tertiary establishment approved by the NZQA, and is an excellent educational provider (category 2) with extensive experience in the New Zealand education sector.

Students come from a wide variety of countries, including China, Brazil, Pakistan, India, the Philippines, Thailand, Korea and Russia.

AWI’s English language teachers are experienced and approachable educators. These highly qualified staff members provide excellent teaching and support to students from all around the world. Our current students know them to be supportive and understanding.

English Language Courses & Levels:

Academic English and IELTS programmes are not time based, but students' progress is closely monitored to ensure they meet the requirements for further study.

On arrival, your English ability will be assessed to ensure you are placed in the appropriate level of learning. We offer small group classes so that every student receives individual attention and guidance.

Based on a 12 week English study programme, you will gain skills such as, listening, reading, writing and speaking. On completion of each level, students will receive a Certificate of English Proficiency for that level.
